I have tried and tried, even spending three full blood moons killing them, but they never drop it. 2020-09-23 Okay, a Blindfold is the last thing I need to make my Ankh Charm, and I just can't get it. I've killed so many Dark Mummies. According to the wiki, the drop rate is 1%. The drop rate for mummy vanity items is 1.33%, and the drop rate for the mummy banner is 0.5%.

I've been farming dark mummies for a while now with Battle Potions and Water Candles, but I still haven't gotten a blindfold. I've gotten 2 Megaphones, 3 Mummy Banners, almost 40 Dark Shards and multiple Mummy Vanity sets. For the moment, I am farming Dark Mummies to get the Blindfold and ultimately, construct the Ankh Charm; but first, let me show you how bad my luck is about getting this item. Mummies drops Dark Shards (10%) - Got 47 of them.

Last time I made an Ankh Charm, the blindfold was the one that took the longest for me to get (an hour or so of farming in Expert). Okay, so I just went balls deep with this and went Water Candle, Battle Potion during a Blood Moon and I finally got ONE Blindfold. It took me: 107 Dark Shards (10%) 2 K.O Cannons (0.1% during Blood Moon) 9 Megaphones (1%) 10 Mummy Sets (1.33% each piece x3) And 1 Crimson key Mold. Before I get 1 Blindfold drop.
